Session IV (Plenary Discussion). Stage 2 of China Life Sciences Industry (with Active Audience Participation)
Description: The last 10 years have seen the building of the first wave of life sciences in China. Successful CROs such as Wuxi have been built. Pharma has developed research centers. The first biotechs have put potential drugs into the clinic. Governments have helped support this industry and the returning of talent. China has widely been recognized as a necessary piece of any strategy. It has also been recognized for its competence. Likely this ten year period has succeeded most people’s wildest expectations (with the exception of a few visionaries like Ge Li, Xiaodong Wang, and Steve Yang who believed this years ago).
The next 10 years should bring an even more exciting and vibrant wave of change and excitement. The purpose of this panel is to discuss thoughts of the panel members and audience on this new wave. If you would like to propose any questions for the panel, please submit them to info@sdbiopharma.org. You may direct them to an individual and can list your name and organization, or leave them anonymous.
